Kyle brings together a unique combination of expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and hands-on real estate investing experience. His career has taken him from the construction trades to public accounting, corporate finance, and business leadership, giving him a practical understanding of what it takes to build, operate, and grow a business.

After earning his accounting degree from the University of South Carolina Upstate, Kyle began his career in public accounting, where he earned his CPA license. He went on to work in manufacturing as a staff accountant and financial analyst before transitioning into business leadership, serving as CFO for a concrete company. There he helped establish the company’s financial systems and accounting processes from the ground up.

His entrepreneurial journey led him into real estate development and investing. What began with building duplexes and spec homes grew into a real estate investment business focused on building a portfolio of single-family homes and small multi-family rental properties.

Through these experiences, Kyle developed a firsthand understanding of the financial decisions, business systems, and long-term strategies that shape a company’s success and an investor’s ability to build wealth.

Today, Kyle brings all of that experience together to do what he enjoys most: helping people make sense of their numbers and see their big financial picture. He loves the financial side of business—analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, improving systems, and finding ways to optimize resources. His goal isn’t to run your business but to serve as the financial thinking partner and numbers coach—equipping entrepreneurs with clarity, insight, and confidence to make better decisions.
